Alessandro Craglia – Project Manager, EBAN
Alessandro has managed 12+ EU projects (over €30M) with 100+ international partners through the European Business Angel Network. He specializes in consortium building, proposal development, and investor-startup matchmaking within Ready2Scale, Women TechEU, and more.
Joanna Bosiacka-Kniat – Manager for Projects and Business Development, PPNT
Joanna is a seasoned EU project expert evaluator for European Commission, , evaluator for the European Commission, and trainer in proposal writing and project management. She has helped countless institutions succeed in framework programmes by supporting them through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Martin Gorosko – Head of Startup Services, Tehnopol Science and Business Park
With 15 years of experience supporting tech-based companies, Martin has worked with over 200 startups and scaleups, helping them expand internationally and raise capital. He has led and participated in numerous EU-funded projects focused on innovation and cross-border collaboration. Martin is also an early-stage investor and member of the Estonian Business Angels Association.
Reesi Lepa – Senior Expert, CIVITTA
Reesi brings 20 years of experience in managing startup ecosystems, innovation policy, and cross-border collaboration. Her work includes launching Digital Innovation Hubs and leading international matchmaking projects for SMEs and institutions.
Anna Tórz – Senior Project Manager, CIVITTA Estonia (Moderator)
An expert in innovation, entrepreneurship, and business support systems. She manages national and international projects connecting deep-tech startup ecosystems. As a dedicated startup mentor, she fosters long-term collaboration and helps build dynamic, innovation-driven communities.
