Alina Brazdeikeneis a Head of Production and Process Architect with a passion for great games, exciting stories, and constructing healthy work environments. With experience in full-scope production for teams ranging from 2 to 100+ people, Alina specializes in building fully remote teams, developing effective agile pipelines, and product and creative vision development.
Alina’s portfolio includes the following games: Simpsons: Tapped Out, The X-Files: Deep State, Bus Simulator 21, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, Garden Life, Evil Wizard, Time Loader, Spirit of the Island, Nitro Nation: Stories, and more.
For the past couple of years, Alina has focused on coaching teams, cultivating ownership and accountability, and building a strong culture of collaboration, curiosity, and innovation. She is also a public speaker on topics concerning production and narrative design, as well as an active member of the Estonian Screenwriters Guild. Alina was awarded by the London School of Liberal Arts in 2012 for her short film in the "Stories of Our Time" category.
