Presenter: Anastassia Bolotkova
Anastassia is a seasoned professional in the UK life sciences landscape, with experience in Pharma Analytics, Safety Science at AstraZeneca, and Precision Medicine focused on immunotherapy. Currently at MIDAS, she works to expand the life sciences ecosystem in the UK by fostering collaborations with investors, academics, and the NHS. As a mentor, she supports UK and international SMEs, particularly in medtech and techbio, helping them strategize for market entry and growth.

Michael is the Young Health Tech Leader of the Year 2024, an NHS doctor, NHS Innovation Accelerator Fellow and MBA Graduate by background. Over the last few years he has been the Co-founder and Managing director of Blüm Health Ltd, an industry-disrupting digital health organisation that collaboratively works with NHS trusts, Universities and SMEs to design, build, and scale digital health software solutions, in the hope to empower public and private sector organisations to boost their digital maturity and unlock their innovative potential. Michael has extensive experience in supporting NHS organisations design, build and procure digital health ecosystems and understands the importance of digital inclusivity from a patient, workforce and organisational perspective.

Presenter: Harald Lepisk
Harald moves people with words. As a seasoned professional speaker, his craft turns complex topics into ideas that people can feel, understand, and act upon. He also coaches founders and leaders to pitch ideas in clear and memorable ways. It matters because if something is confusing, then people are not buying.

Health3-2-1 is an EU Interreg-funded project led by Tehnopol Science and Business Park (EE), Business Turku (FI), and Swecare (SE). The project aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises in the life sciences sector as they expand into export markets in the UK (London) and the US (Massachusetts or the Washington Metropolitan Area).
Selected companies will receive a comprehensive support package valued at up to €20,000, including tailored mentoring, thematic seminars, and up to two business missions to the target markets.
A limited number of companies will be selected to participate and receive support in reaching active sales.
