The owner of the website www.tehnopol.ee is the Tehnopol Science and Business Park (registration code 90008258), located at Mäealuse 2/4, Tallinn.

Validity of the sales agreement, service, and price information

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of services through the website.

The prices of the services offered on the website are indicated next to the service.

Information about the service is provided directly next to the service on the website.

Placing an order

To book a seminar room, you must select the appropriate room, time, and room layout. To place an order, you must fill in the required fields. After selecting the time, the price will be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or invoice.

The contract is deemed valid from the moment the booking is confirmed.

If the service cannot be provided, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the notification.

Changing an order

It is possible to modify the seminar room booking through a unique link that will be sent to the email address provided by the buyer along with the booking confirmation. Bookings can only be modified if there are more than 24 hours until the start of the event.

Training, seminar, or other paid event orders can be cancelled if there are at least 48 hours remaining until the start of the event. If one buyer has made multiple bookings, the free cancellation applies to only one booking. For the next cancelled order, a 50% prepayment invoice will be sent to the buyer.

Upon cancelling a service order, the owner of the website will refund the amount paid by the buyer no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the withdrawal request.

The owner of the website reserves the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and cancel the order if the service price on the website is significantly lower than the market price due to an error.

Filing a complaint

The buyer has the right to submit a complaint within 14 days from the use of the service by sending an email to info@tehnopol.ee or by calling +372 56 800 200.

The owner of the website is not responsible for defects caused by the buyer’s actions, omissions, or insufficiently provided information.

The owner of the website will respond to the buyer’s complaint in writing or in a form that allows the response to be reproduced in writing within 14 calendar days.

Direct marketing and personal data processing

The owner of the website uses the personal data provided by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) only for processing the order and providing the service.

The owner of the website forwards personal data to the payment service provider to facilitate the execution of payments.

The owner of the website will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a desire for this by entering their email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct marketing messages.

The buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent by email at any time by notifying via email or following the instructions in the newsletter.

Dispute resolution

If the buyer has any complaints regarding the owner of the website, they should be sent via email to info@tehnopol.ee or by calling +372 56 800 200.

If the buyer and the owner of the website cannot resolve the dispute through mutual agreement, the buyer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from agreements between the buyer and the owner of the website. The review of a buyer’s complaint by the Committee is free of charge. The buyer may also refer to the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
