Tehnopol’s health technology field and the Connected Health Cluster will get a new manager
The manager of Tehnopol’s health technology field and Connected Health Cluster, Piret Hirv, is taking on new challenges, and both the cluster and the health tech field will soon have a new leader.
It can be confidently stated that without Piret, the cluster and Tehnopol’s health technology field wouldn’t have come this far. Under her leadership, the cluster has become a strong player both in Estonia and internationally, and Tehnopol has grown into the largest entity that brings together companies, hospitals, and universities in the field.
Under Piret’s leadership, the cluster underwent an international assessment process, resulting in the highest-level recognition, the gold label. In the entrepreneurship promotion competition organized by the Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, the cluster was selected as one of the winners from Estonia, and soon this success story will participate in an international competition, with the winners to be announced in Spain this fall.
Piret brought several successful international projects to Tehnopol, which aim to develop the healthcare sector both domestically and abroad, and contribute to making digital health services more accessible and ensuring that people can spend their retirement years in vitality.
We are sincerely grateful for Piret’s contribution and wish her all the best!
Negotiations for the new manager of the health technology field are already in the final stages.
