Have a closer look at what the speakers will talk about
Studio Idean Co-Founder and Head of the Studio, Mikko-Pekka Hanski will inspire and encourage large corporations to embrace the change that innovation brings. Mikko-Pekka will introduce practical and interesting innovation case studies. As a great bonus, you will get a sneak peek at Idean’s toolbox which they use for innovation projects.
Milrem Robotics (develops robotic systems for challenging environments). CEO Kuldar Väärsi and Science and Development Director Mart Noorma will discuss the approach Milrem has taken for turning innovation into business solutions. It is based on partnerships with other companies as well as with universities and governments. The basic principles of open architecture, modularity and interoperability enable scattered technologies from different developers to be integrated into capable defence and civilian systems.
Incap CEO Otto-Richard Pukk and CFO Antti Pynnönen will discuss how to foster innovation with decentralized management, why centralized management does not work, what are the benefits and risks of decentralized management and how to mitigate the risks. They will define the role of the leader in decentralized organizations.
This event is mainly meant for corporations and will be held in English.
