Our speakers, Tim Vaino and Helery Pops, will engage in a dynamic discussion to offer key insights into working with investors and securing funding. Helery Pops will introduce the different stages of investment, drawing on her experience in working with startups at various stages. Together with Tim Vaino, they will provide a comprehensive look at investment strategies, practical advice on collaborating with investors, and what founders need to know when seeking funding. Tim Vaino is an investor, co-founded one of the biggest investors network in the region – fff.club, bringing experience of working with smaller investors. In addition operating as an Investment Manager at Change Ventures, a Pre-Seed fund, investing in exceptional founders.

Helery Pops is an investor at Practica Capital, co-founder of Honey Badger Capital, and a Supervisory Board member at the Estonian Cleantech Association, where she works to advance clean technologies. Helery’s passion for innovation and her commitment to supporting startups make her a key player in the Estonian and Baltic startup ecosystems
