Remote services in health care help health care workers using software/hardware to access a client’s devices offsite, in order to provide observing from the distance, online visits and other solutions that help to offer health care info without the contact with the person. Although these services could include installing updates, security patches or troubleshooting other issues, being able to offer service remotely is crucial in today’s society.
In this webinar we would like to discuss and compare different remote services in Estonia and Norway. We will discuss:
What elements make the use of distance-spanning technologies acceptable for the doctor/practitioner and attractive to use?
What barriers do we have to overcome and who has to do it?
