DESCRIPTION:With more than 20000 active technology and media companies Dubai is the largest Technology HUB in MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. Hosting more than 6000 technology companies Dubai Internet City alone (DIC) is probably already the largest tech hub in the World. DIC is an information technology park created by the government of Dubai as a free economic zone and a strategic base for companies targeting regional emerging markets.
The economic rules of DIC allow companies to avail themselves of a number of ownership, taxation and custom related benefits which are guaranteed by law for a period of 50 years. These freedoms have led many global information technology firms, such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle Corporation, Infor Global Solutions, Sun Microsystems, Cisco, HP, Nokia, Cognizant and Siemens, as well as UAE based companies and scores of European technology companies to establish their regional offices in DIC.

B2B Trade Mission (B2B TM) travel to Dubai is organized by Seed Forum Corporate Partners (SFCP) an independent from Seed Forum business organization operating based on Co-operation Contract with Seed Forum International non-for profit charity. 
B2B Private Meeting Program (PMP) is organized and assisted by highly professional business consultants with an experience of many years of operations in Dubai in the fields of corporate finance, corporate law and corporate business consulting.
Potential meeting partners for B2B PMP will be selected and arranged by SFCP based on the Preferred Partner Profile Package (4P) delivered by The Company to SFCP no later than two weeks before the start of the B2B TM Program* (see prev. page).
PPP Package should contain maximum possible information on the ideal potential meeting partner as well as detailed information on The Company itself and its business specifics. SFCP do not guaranty the exact conformity in PMP with requested partner profiles due to obvious reasons but will invest maximum professional market knowledge and effort in obtaining the most effective business meetings for The Company.
Within B2B PMP SFCP will provide to The Company no less than 4 private meetings in accordance with 4P requirements.
Invoicing for SFCP services to The Company will be done no later than two weeks before the start of the B2B TM. Amount should be received by the invoicing SFCP company no later than one week before the start of the B2B TM Program.
The Fee* for SFCP services to the companies from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia is:
EUR 2000 per company, including all local transportation services, private meeting assistance and Seed Forum Investor Conference Program. 
The Company should provide SFCP with detailed required personal and Passport information for all travelling company representatives (and their family members - if any) no later than two weeks before B2B TM for the organization of the Visa arrangements. 
* Travel expenses for the company representatives (and their family members – if any…), Visa guaranty deposits, hotel costs, food costs, any other – non essential B2B TM related transportation costs and any other non-related costs are not included in The Fee and must be covered by The Company in addition. One 5* and one 4* hotel options will be suggested to The Company by SFCP based on Visa arrangement, logistics and cost-vs-quality considerations.
