On the 21st of October Tehnopol held a morning club event that was conducted by development and technology director of EMT Mr. Tõnu Grünberg. Club event focused on development trends of information society and how to bring these trends to life. Mr. Grünberg introduced the biggest technological challenges in virtual reality, mobile technologies and social networking.

In the past the major problem in information society was the lack of information, today the main problem is the overabundance of information. Successful is the one who is able to find the needed information as fast as possible. Tõnu Grünberg introduced the eleven tends drawn out by ISTAG report that drive our information society developments the most. According to Tõnu Grünberg in Estonia the biggest challenge is to make the public sector more interactive and bring it closer to citizen.
